A1组装说明Assembly Instructions
Turn the printer over and remove the screws from the bottom of the printer as shown in the diagram.
- 用M3*12的螺丝固定热床取板打印件，安装到图中位置。并把热床线固定在固线器上
Secure the printed object on the heated bed using M3*12 screws and install it in the position shown in the diagram. Also, fix the heated bed wire onto the wire holder.
Secure the heated bed wire to the wire holder and check if it affects the movement of the heated bed.
- 取下打印机底部的两个螺丝，并用M3*25螺丝安装Y轴前端组件
Remove the two screws from the bottom of the printer and install the Y-axis front end assembly using M3*25 screws.
- 取下挤出机后面横梁上的螺丝，用M3*6螺丝固定z轴的打印件。
Remove the screws from the crossbeam at the back of the extruder and secure the Z-axis print with M3*6 screws.
The Z-axis trigger switch is fixed at the top of the gantry and can be installed by pressing down.
并测试z轴是否能触发开关
And test whether the Z-axis can trigger the switch.
- 安装热床打印板支架。把支架两侧组件装入到中间部位，并用M3*12螺丝固定
Install the heated bed printing plate bracket. Assemble the components on both sides of the bracket into the central part and secure them with M3*12 screws.
Fix the two side brackets at the back with M3*12screws.
The solid wire clip needs to be installed in the position shown in the diagram. It is used to secure the heated bed wire.
Insert the heated bed printing plate bracket into the bottom of the Y-axis.
Check whether the bracket is properly installed and secure.
Secure the heating bed wire under the fixed wire clamp.
Install the printed PEI sheet holder. Secure the holder with M3*6 screws.

注意：最多可以放置5个打印板，如果超过数量，可能因为过于沉重，无法更换打印板。
Note: A maximum of 5 printing boards can be placed. If the quantity exceeds, it may be too heavy to change the printing boards.
After the installation is complete, use your hands to push and pull the heated bed to test the stability of the exchange board.
- 控制打印机的触摸屏幕，关闭打印机【打印板位置检测】，它在【打印选项】菜单中。
Control the printer's touchscreen and turn off the printer [Print Board Position Detection], which is located in the [Print Options] menu.
注意：白色导管不能压在打印机下部。

打印机设置Printer settings
- 打开【换盘代码】txt文件。选择全部代码，然后复制
Open the 【Change Disk Code】 txt file. Select all the code and then copy it.
- 打开【Bambu Studio】软件，参照图中步骤设置打印机。
在【Machine end G-code】里粘贴代码，然后保存。建议重新命名。这样软件切片完成，机器会自动换盘。
注意：放置代码的位置确保正确
Open the 【Bambu Studio】 software and set up the printer according to the steps shown in the image. Paste the code in the 【Machine end G-code】 section and then save it. It is recommended to rename it. This way, the software will complete the slicing, and the printer will automatically change the plate.
Note: Ensure the correct placement of the code.

Drag the document titled 【换盘稳定性测试】 into the software using the mouse.
If the software prompts an error, simply close the window.
Click [Send] to send to the printer.
- 最后在软件里的【SD卡】中会看到这个文件。点击【打印】，选择【发送】。然后打印机开始进行更换热床打印板的操作。
Finally, you will see this file in the 【SD card】 in the software. Click on 【Print】 and select 【Send】. The printer will then begin the operation to replace the heated bed printing plate.

当我们打印时，发现打印失败。需要远程操作进行更换打印板时，可按照以下步骤操作。

- 把【一键换盘】文件，用鼠标拖拽到软件里。如果软件提示错误，把窗口关闭即可。
Drag the 【一键换盘】 file into the software using the mouse. If the software prompts an error, simply close the window.
- 采用相同步骤，建议重新命名，再点击【发送】，发送到打印机中。
Adopt the same steps, it is recommended to rename, and then click [Send] to send to the printer.
- 点击【打印】——【发送】，打印机会更换一个打印板。

连续打印多个打印盘方法The method for continuously printing multiple printing plates.
我们需要把切片文件【gcode .3mf】放入到【多盘连续打印处理软件】中，进行处理。才能打印多个打印盘。具体步骤如下:
We need to place the slice file [gcode .3mf] into the [multi-disk continuous printing processing software] for processing. This is necessary to print multiple printing disks. The specific steps are as follows:
Place multiple STL files in the software and perform slicing on all of them.
Then export it to the folder of the [多盘连续打印处理软件].
- 双击打开【多盘连续打印处理软件】，软件会自动处理文件。
Double-click to open the [Multi-Drive Continuous Printing Processing Software], and the software will automatically process the files.
- 把生成的【GCODE】文件拖拽到软件里面。我们将会发现所有模型会叠加在一起。这个现象是正常的。最后我们把它发送到打印机中，打印即可。 打印过程中，打完一盘模型后，它会自动换一个新的打印板继续打印。
Drag the generated 【GCODE】 file into the software. We will find that all models are superimposed together. This phenomenon is normal. Finally, we send it to the printer for printing. During the printing process, after completing one print plate, it will automatically switch to a new print plate to continue printing.
