Zdrava is a comprehensive methodology for health improvement and self-discovery through the body, its movement, and interaction with partners and the surrounding space. During the classes, the concept of tension and relaxation, correct body posture, movement without tension, natural breathing and movement, the reaction of the mind and body to external influences are taught. There are exercises for restoring the full functioning of the body and maintaining the efficiency of all its systems and organs.
Training is provided in several types of self-massage, partner massage, and using various objects. These exercises help calm the mind and transition to experiencing the world through sensations. Then, in partner and group sessions, sensations are checked and developed. Great attention is paid to working with fears, freeing the mind and body from them, transitioning from controlling one's emotions and desires to managing them. Recommendations are given on applying the acquired knowledge and skills in everyday life to maintain one's health and stable state.
