What functions are included in the new 'Analysis' tab?

The 'Analysis' tab integrates important data such as number of meetings, meeting duration, and meeting history, helping you gain a comprehensive understanding of the meeting situation and providing valuable reference for planning subsequent meetings and webinars.

By analyzing participant data, you can evaluate the effectiveness of the meeting, gain insights into participation levels, and identify technical issues that affect the conference experience, continuously optimizing the conference experience to drive business development.

  • Session Count: Provides precise statistical data on the total number of meetings, average number of meetings per day, and total meeting duration within the selected time period. You can also view participant engagement reports under this tab to understand the number of participants and attendees in each meeting.
  • Session Duration: Gain insights into the total meeting duration, average duration per meeting, and total number of meetings within the selected time period. Super administrators can monitor the number of meetings and meeting duration for the entire organization (including all departments), while administrators can only view analytical data for their department.
  • Session History: Lists all meetings held within the selected time period, supporting filtering by host for insightful insights.

How to access the 'Analysis' tab?

  • The 'Session History Analysis' tab is available in the free, standard, and professional versions of Zoho Meeting and Webinar. * The 'Session Count' and 'Session Duration Analysis' tabs are only available in the professional version. * Upgrade now to access advanced analytics features!

The participation report provides all available information for each participant or attendee, including their name and role within the organization.
