■Background of WOLFMAN B.R.S Birth
In the 1980s, the current brand designer Mr. Tamari and his friends launched the rockabilly and rock 'n' roll band 'Wolfman Brothers.' As they continued their music activities, they were influenced by Native American culture, religious beliefs, and legends of the indigenous people of Scotland. They created their own musical style and started wearing costumes they made themselves when they performed on stage.
Since then, I think he already had a feeling of 'creating something' within him.
■ Brand History
Long ago, the 'Celtic people' believed that all creatures were inhabited by mysterious spirits and worshipped nature. Using gold and silver revered by the ancient tribe as guardian deities, we have integrated Celtic oral legends with the worldview of the 'Wolfman Brothers'.
They are expressed using wolves, sacred swords, crests, etc., and are inherited into the present day.
■About Designers
Mr. Tamari, the current brand designer, used to be a musician and performed on many stages with his friends. When he took the stage with his band, he started wearing some antique Indian jewelry as a charm. Gradually, he transitioned into the world of silver through his music activities.
And, several years later, Wolfman B.R.S was born by integrating the things and feelings I have felt up to now with the stories of legends of the Celtic people and the old-timey instructional music of the Appalachians that I once resonated with.
■ Features of Brand Design
ウルフマンB.R.S is a unique brand that takes the 'wolf' as its main motif and combines it with the 'legend of Celtic warriors' in its appearance. Other motifs include swords and palmettos (sacred leaves of Shero). The silhouettes range from sharp forms to soft curved lines, offering various styles. The brand also uses a technique called overlay, creating a double structure to achieve delicate lines and volume unlike anything seen before.
A unique finish called Satina, which emits a slightly dull white shine, is often used in finishes such as white silver, black silver, dog tags, and mirror finishes.
