Flight with Turkish Airlines. The route is Oslo to Medina with a layover in Istanbul. Return from Jeddah to Oslo with a layover in Istanbul. The transit time may vary.
All travelers with Norwegian passports are issued tourist visas to Saudi Arabia. The visa is valid for one year with a 90-day stay. For those with travel documents or foreign passports, an Umrah visa will be issued, which is valid for only one trip. There is an additional fee of 500,- kroner for the Umrah visa.
Together with all groups, at least one group leader/imam travels who is responsible for taking care of the group, as well as providing necessary information both practical and religious both before and during the trip.
The hotel in Medina is called Al Aqeeq Madina and is located about 100 meters from Haram. This is a 5-star hotel with an incredibly good location. From the hotel, you can see Roza-e-Rasool both on the way to Masjid-e-Nabawi and on the way back. The entrance to the Prophet's (pbuh) grave and Jannat-ul-Baqi is within walking distance of the hotel.
The hotel in Makkah is called Hilton Doubletree and is located on Jabal-al-Omar a short walk from the Haram and at the edge of the Haram. This is a 5-star hotel. Nearby there are both shopping centers and restaurants. The hotel has standard double rooms and for triple or quad there are extra beds.

Transport in Saudi Arabia from the airports to the hotels and between Madina and Makkah is included in the price. The journey takes place with VIP tour buses.
All our travelers receive thorough training in the form of courses on how to perform Umrah and practical information about the journey. The course takes place physically, but one can also participate via Zoom. Additionally, training will be provided for performing Umrah in Madina.
We have our own app for conveying information, daily program, booking of various activities, booking of assistance, hajj and umrah guide, and many other useful features. In addition, guests will be trained in the use of the Nusuk app to book Umrah and to schedule in Riaz-ul-Jannat before departure.

Umrah visa applies to those who have travel documents or do not have a Schengen passport. This is only valid for 1 entry and costs 1,000 kroner more.

Before departure, we will hold a course where you will receive a thorough review of the performance of Umrah. During the journey, we will also have a session where we go through this again, and the actual Umrah that one performs for the first time will be led by a group leader / imam who will take the group to perform Umrah. One can only perform Umrah for others who are unable to perform Umrah themselves. This means practically persons who are deceased or are so severely disabled that they cannot perform this themselves.
In the state of ihram, it is not allowed to use sunscreen, as it contains perfume/alcohol. This only applies when one is in the state of ihram.

It is allowed to bring 30 kg of checked baggage (max 2 pieces) in addition to 8 kg of hand luggage. One can also buy a 5-liter bottle of ZamZam from the airport. This is in addition to regular baggage. It is not allowed to have ZamZam in suitcases, etc.
To order a wheelchair or assistance, one must check this in their visa application. This only applies to wheelchairs at the airports and not in Makkah and Madina.
