Eduard van Vliet is the founder of Green Art Solutions. As a forest manager, garden and landscape architect, he has gained the vision to bring our immediate urban environment back to nature. He is an innovator and developer with nature as the source of inspiration for all his projects within sustainable urban development.
About 30 years ago, he started designing urban green spaces; gardens, parks, green facades, and rooftop landscapes. Over the years, these designs have evolved into a comprehensive concept of greenery with an extensive plan addressing water-related issues, enhancing biodiversity, and creating a pleasant and healthy living environment.

As an innovative green agency with our own network of partners like 'green-minded' urban professionals, we devise creative solutions for integrating greenery into all layers of sustainable and green urban development. We have developed green walls and roofs, water and air purification systems, artistic eye-catchers, and sustainable building systems with plants, envisioning functional greenery in projects with a focus on social and green livability.
We see it as our task to protect and secure nature through sustainable planning and management of all urban nature, also ensuring green and blue zones during this period of urbanization. We are committed to successfully implementing green urban development.

From this perspective, solutions are created for designing healthy and attractive living environments. It is of great importance for Eduard to continuously be curious about the unknown. His mission is to restore the balance between nature and humans.
In our work and projects for urban renewal and urban expansion, we quickly encountered bottlenecks surrounding the green initiatives that emerged but did not always materialize. These insights gave us the idea; greening a city can only be done in collaboration with its residents. That's why we established the foundation 'Together we make it green.' With this, we can contribute to initiatives such as the Bee Line, the walking trees, and other green initiatives that aim to raise awareness about the health of our cities and nature, as well as the well-being of all living beings, in a natural way. This is how we offer our knowledge, skills, and time to ensure the achievement of this goal.
