As a front-end developer, I published a website publicly for the first time and provided value to others.
Later, I found that there was someone else doing the same thing, launching their ChatGPT plugin website a day later than mine and claiming that his Chinese website was the first in China.
I am very curious who is so confident.
Later I learned that he was the big shot on the spot - @Brother Fei, a benefactor who changed the trajectory of my destiny.
Afterwards, I collaborated with Fei Ge to develop a plugin. I was responsible for the interface design and functionality implementation, while he provided the API interface.
Then he helped promote it on Justalk, and in the end, the plugin had over 1000 installations.
This also brought me the first GitHub repository in my life with over 100 stars, greatly boosting my confidence and making me more familiar with Ge Fei.
Later on, Fei Ge created the Chu Hai community, and I joined without hesitation at the first opportunity.
From now on, a new world has opened up. There are many big shots in the community. It is very fortunate to be able to get in touch with the big shots at such a young age and receive a lot of information that is very close to money.
Because I am happy to share and help in the group, have a decent execution ability and have achieved some results, I have accumulated a little influence in the community, and fortunately, I have become friends with some big shots in the community.
Once my side income became more stable than my main job, I quit and moved to Shenzhen after the New Year to start independent development.
I used to envy my classmates working in big companies, and now, they envy me in turn.
After coming to Shenzhen, I met many outstanding friends, whom I couldn't have met in my previous environment.
These exchange experiences gradually stripped away my arrogance, making me realize that I am not as outstanding as I imagined.
Thanks to these friends, I have learned humility.
