Digital News, Dhubri: The team of reserve officers of Gauripur Police Station in Dhubri district, led by Reserve Officer Jitumoni Vaishya, conducted an inspection campaign under the leadership of the team leader Nisha Balazan on Saturday. The team was conducting an operation in the 17th National Highway of Balazan's 17th number pick-up van, which was moving towards Gauripur from West Bengal.

Two youths have been arrested for seizing 600 bottles of inferior quality liquor being transported in a vehicle under the guise of a talachi in Pichat Reserve. The arrested youths have been identified as Monirul Haque and Jaynuddin Shwekh, sons of Momiur Uddin from Khilapara village in Bongaigaon district. The incident is being investigated by the Gauripur Reserve.
