The Government Media Office reported the martyrdom of 104 Palestinians and the injury of 700 in a massacre near the Nablus roundabout in northern Gaza Strip after Israeli occupation forces bombed a gathering of citizens waiting to receive flour and humanitarian aid.

The Gaza Government Media Office said that the occupation committed this horrific massacre with premeditation as part of the genocide of the people of the sector, knowing that the victims were arriving in the area to receive aid, but it killed them in cold blood.

The office called on the world, Arab and Islamic countries to intervene immediately to stop the genocide war, and held the US administration, the international community, and the occupation responsible for this horrific massacre.

The Al Jazeera correspondent said that the martyrs and the wounded were transferred to Al-Shifa Complex and Kamal Adwan Hospital and Al-Awda Hospital, in the absence of the necessary medical capabilities.

On the other hand, the spokesman for the Ministry of Health in Gaza, Ashraf al-Qudra, said that the recent massacres committed by the occupation represent a new turning point in the series of genocide.

It is likely that the death toll of the massacre on Rashid Street near Nabulsi Roundabout will rise after a large number of critical cases arrive at Al-Shifa Complex.

And he added that the occupation forces are committing systematic killing operations against 700,000 people in northern Gaza through targeting and starvation together.

Condemnation of the massacre

The charity organization Oxfam expressed its shock at reports of people being killed in Gaza while waiting for food aid.

The international organization - based in London - added in a post on the 'X' platform that deliberately targeting civilians by Israel after starving them is a blatant violation of international humanitarian laws and humanity.

And Oxfam concluded by saying that the risk of genocide has become a reality.

Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) called on the United Nations Security Council and the Arab League to convene urgently and take the necessary measures to compel Israel to stop the mass killing and ethnic cleansing in Gaza.

As the movement called on Arab countries in a statement to break the silence over the crimes of genocide against the Palestinians.

Hamas urged the Arab and Islamic peoples and the free people of the world to demonstrate widely to condemn the massacre.

On the other hand, the head of the nursing department at Al-Shifa Complex in Al-Jazeera said that what we are witnessing today reminds us of the hospital massacre, where the hospital received hundreds of wounded following the Israeli shelling on Al-Nabulsi roundabout, where Gazans were trying to get aid from bags of flour.

And he added that in Al-Shifa complex, there are only 3 small operating rooms operating with limited capabilities to treat hundreds of wounded.

And on Thursday morning, a number of martyrs arrived at the Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital due to Israeli shelling on Deir al-Balah in the middle of the Gaza Strip, and images showed the bodies piled on the hospital floor due to the lack of space in the morgue refrigerators.

The Ministry of Health in Gaza announced on Thursday that the death toll of the Israeli aggression has exceeded 30,000 since the start of the war on October 7th last, while Israeli forces continue to launch fierce airstrikes on several areas in the sector.

The ministry's spokesman, Ashraf al-Qudra, said in French that the death toll has exceeded 30,000 after 79 martyrs arrived at hospitals in the sector yesterday, Wednesday.

Escalation of the disaster

On the other hand, the media advisor of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestinian Refugees (UNRWA) said that the situation in Gaza is catastrophic, especially in the north, and the residents are unable to cope with diseases.

The advisor called for the opening of the seven land crossings with Gaza and speeding up the inspection operations and the entry of aid, adding that the prevention of aid is dangerous and a violation of international humanitarian law.

The Ministry of Health said yesterday, Wednesday, that the residents of the northern sector are now without any health services after the hospital generator at Kamal Adwan Hospital stopped working due to the lack of fuel and its shutdown.

The ministry added in a statement that Kamal Adwan Hospital, another hospital in northern Gaza, has gone out of service, and that with the power generator stopping, residents will lose services such as kidney dialysis, intensive care, neonatal care, internal medicine, cardiology, general surgery, accommodation, and pediatric emergencies.

During the war on Gaza, Israel took 31 hospitals out of service through bombing, destruction, and deprivation of medical supplies and fuel out of a total of 36. It also partially targeted 152 health facilities, according to the government media office.
