I have been practicing Zhong Yuan Qigong with Lev Ivanov for the past 6 months. Before that, I studied yoga, Tai Chi, Qigong, and many other self-awareness techniques. Lev teaches working with energy, managing and controlling physical, emotional, and mental states, and, most importantly, how to apply all these skills in everyday life. I especially like: how to remove pain, physical tension, emotional and mental stress, transform it into something useful, how to be and remain in balance with oneself and the world while engaging in daily activities. I really enjoy his classes.
