Questions about License and Terms of Use

Q. What should I do for credit notation when using audio in a video?

Please include it in the video description or within the video. If you include it in the description, it will be easier to find through searches, which encourages the development of VOICEVOX.

Q. What are the terms of use when using the morphing feature?

Both the terms of use for the voice used for morphing apply. If the terms of use differ, the more restrictive (strict) terms take precedence.
For example, if voice A, which can be used commercially, is morphed with voice B, which cannot be used commercially, the terms that prohibit commercial use will apply.

Q. What should I do to credit when I only want to use audio, such as phone audio?

Please insert audio credits at the beginning or end of the audio.
If there are guidelines in the character's terms of use, please prioritize those.

Q. What should I do for credit notation when publishing on music distribution services?

In the case of music posting platforms without a summary section, there is no problem as long as they are not actively trying to hide usage, such as by displaying credits on web pages or video streaming services.

Q. How should I credit when I want to play audio guidance, such as through a speaker, using a machine?
