A similar incident was witnessed at the Rajauli check post in Nawada district, where the police were left stunned. In reality, a female smuggler was arrested at the Rajauli check post located near the interstate border. During a bus search operation, the team from the Prohibition and Excise Department apprehended a female smuggler with foreign liquor and beer.

According to the information, the product team received a tip-off about the trafficking of alcohol by a women trafficking gang on a bus. Acting on the tip-off, Prohibition Officer Arun Kumar Mishra directed a thorough inspection and intensive search of the bus. In this sequence, the inspection team intercepted the Sri Siyaram Rath bus coming from Jharkhand for a check at the checkpoint. During the intensive search, a woman wearing a burqa was arrested with bags filled with alcohol.

It is being told that the arrested woman trafficker was going from Kodarma to Biharsharif with a consignment of liquor. The identity of the accused woman has been identified as Ruby Khatoon, wife of Mo. Irfan, a resident of Chhajju Mohalla in the Biharsharif police station area of Nalanda district. A total of 30 bottles of foreign liquor were seized from her, including six bottles of 750 ml whiskey and 24 bottles of 500 ml beer. The total quantity was reported to be 16.5 liters. During interrogation, the woman revealed that she was taking liquor from Kodarma to Biharsharif. It is noteworthy that the local police are continuously conducting raids against liquor traffickers. Despite this, liquor smugglers do not hesitate to try new methods of trafficking. The raid and search operation is led by Sub-Inspector Madhya Nishedh Pintu Kumar. Along with him, Assistant Sub-Inspector Rakesh Kumar and female constable Jigyasa Kumari, along with other officials, were also involved.
