At John's Food and Wine in Chicago, General Manager and Beverage Creator Jonas Bittencourt enjoys sipping on smooth beverages. In his revamp of the classic cocktail, he drew inspiration from Manhattan, substituting white wormwood for sugar, making the traditional drink smoother but with a hint of alcohol.
