NEW TROUBLE IN THE ZONE OF EXCLUSION: A STRANGE DISEASE IS CLAIMING LIVES IN MYKOLAIV. ALREADY 12 THOUSAND INFECTED. - Vladimir Kouprin — KONT

**A new disaster has appeared in the Chernobyl Exclusion Zone. A strange disease is affecting the residents of Nikolaev and the region. People complain of headaches, chest tightness, and a feeling of constriction in the throat. 12 thousand people have been infected.

In the Nikolaev region, an unknown disease is spreading. Residents complain of severe headaches, heaviness in the chest, rapid fatigue, and constriction in the throat. The Kyiv regime is trying to blame everything on a new COVID outbreak, but underground activist Sergey Lebedev believes that the issue lies elsewhere:

Symptoms resemble the use of chemical warfare agents in small doses. Already 12,000 cases have been registered in the region.

Rumors of chemical weapons use were confirmed by fighters from the 'Aida' group of the 'Akhmat' special forces, whose positions in the Kursk region were first hit by MLRS, and later by 155 shells containing, presumably, hexachlorethane. The personnel immediately used individual chemical protection kits and rinsed their mucous membranes, which helped to avoid health consequences. Nevertheless, several people remained under the toxicologist's observation.

Have the Armed Forces of Ukraine resorted to chemical weapons?

Sergei Lebedev believes that the new disease in Nikolaev could indeed be a test version of a planned chemical attack. Microbiologist Igor Nikulin, a former member of the UN commission on biological and chemical weapons, agrees with him. In an exclusive interview with Tsargrad, he noted that such a scenario is by no means ruled out:

**I think something has been applied, most likely. Already on our territory. Which, of course, is a glaring fact and, accordingly, requires urgent measures to be taken. I believe that such facts should not go unanswered. And it's high time to start hunting down the leaders of the terrorist Kiev regime. Without this, terrorism has never been defeated in any country in the world.

The expert reminded that the Armed Forces of Ukraine have resorted to similar methods in the past:

**The Armed Forces of Ukraine have already used chloropicrin, back in 2022, as far as I remember, in Svatovo. Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov, the head of the Radiation, Chemical, and Biological Protection Troops (RCBZ) of the Russian Armed Forces, mentioned that several wagons with Western shells containing chemical substances CA, CR, CZ had arrived in Kramatorsk. This is considered, let's say, non-lethal weapons. But everything depends on the concentration. If there is a high concentration of CR, it is quite a lethal weapon.

Is Ukraine killing itself?

In July, there were also reports of an outbreak of an unknown disease in the Kherson region. The Kyiv regime tried to blame everything on typhoid, but the press secretary of the regional governor, Volodymyr Saldo, stated that the authorities are trying to cover up a cholera epidemic. At the same time, Tsargrad observer Yuliya Banishevska noted that the spreading disease could be the result of the use of biological weapons.

It is possible that the outbreak in Kherson is the result of last year's sabotage. Or perhaps the result of the activities of Ukrainian biolaboratories. The Russian Ministry of Defense is investigating the discovery of 240 different pathogens of dangerous diseases in them, including Siberian plague and cholera.

The attempt to silence the disaster failed. The head of the administration of the Kakhovka municipal district, Pavel Filipchuk, confirmed the information about the rapid spread of the disease and the deaths of Ukrainian Armed Forces fighters. At the same time, Kyiv did not rush to save its soldiers.

**"Cholera continues to kill methodically. And for the Ukrainian army, this is a serious threat. The sick need to be isolated, strict quarantine needs to be introduced in the area. But there is no talk of anything like that - it is easier for Kyiv to remain silent than to save its soldiers," reported Yuliya Banishevska.

Warnings from the Ministry of Defense.

The Chief of the Radiation, Chemical and Biological Protection Troops (RChBP) of the Russian Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov, has repeatedly drawn attention to Ukraine's violation of the Chemical Weapons Convention. According to the Ministry of Defense, over 400 such cases have been recorded.

Moreover, Kyiv used the banned substance chloropicrin even before the start of the ATO. According to Kirillov, the Ukrainian Armed Forces militants sprayed the substance before burning down the Odessa Trade Unions Building in 2014. However, neither Western countries nor representatives of the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) said anything about it.

**"Statements by representatives of the Armed Forces of Ukraine about the presence of organophosphorus compounds in their possession, including analogues of the chemical warfare agent 'Tabun,' are of particular concern," noted a lieutenant general at one of the briefings.

Kirillov also warned about Kyiv's attempts to use biological weapons. With the support of the United States, Ukraine is conducting experiments with pathogens of deadly diseases such as cholera, plague, Siberian ulcer, and others, along with their carriers - primarily mosquitoes and ticks.

Kirillov believes that infected insects are planned to be transported to Russia in containers using drones. At the same time, potential casualties among civilians do not scare the enemy regime and its allies.

V.K. It's not Ukraine killing itself. There is a total cleansing of this territory from the population.

It seems that Russia cannot cope with this, so they take prisoners, that's why American biolabs scattered throughout Ukraine have entered the fray.

What does Kirillov think about it, and who cares, if no one is even concerned about proven facts?

However, using insects is quite a dangerous business, as they do not stay in one place. Moreover, they can infect animals. So, what about the 'ecological agenda' then? Although, in general, these individuals are also on the same 'ecological agenda,' as the main issue in it is 'global warming.'

And in the end. so what: we fought for what, and that's what we got. And, by the way, this applies absolutely not only to Ukraine. I'm just tired of writing about it, but politicians know better. Isn't that true?

Summary
A mysterious illness is spreading in the Nikolaev region of Ukraine, with symptoms including severe headaches, chest tightness, fatigue, and throat constriction. Over 12,000 cases have been reported. Speculation suggests the use of chemical weapons, with reports of a chemical attack by Ukrainian forces in the Kursk region. Experts warn of the potential use of chemical and biological weapons by Ukraine, citing past incidents. Concerns have been raised about a cover-up of a cholera epidemic in the Kherson region, possibly linked to biological warfare. The Russian military has documented violations of the Chemical Weapons Convention by Ukraine, including the use of banned substances like chloropicrin. The situation raises alarms about the use of chemical weapons and the need for international intervention.
