My sister Natsu (nickname: Nacchan) loves warm things, and when I use the hairdryer, she comes over to get in front of it. In winter, when I bring out her special hot carpet and hot water bottle, she sleeps soundly on it for a long time. She loves all kinds of food, but especially rice, and when I open the rice cooker lid, she is ready right next to it.

I was satisfied with this shot that maximally expresses the older sister-like quality of Nacchan standing gracefully with her back straight, and the younger sister-like quality of Suichan looking up with her legs spread from below Nacchan! Suichan was moving around, and the focus was slightly off, so if I had to be greedy, I wish I could have taken a prettier picture, but it's cute enough, so no problem!

Both of them were rescued near their parents' home and became a part of our family.

Nacchan wandered into a local temple, and since I was temporarily taking care of her at my parents' house, I went to see her in person before a new owner was found. She was so cute that I immediately took her home.

Sui-chan received a kitten that had not found an adopter among the four rescued baby sisters. It happens to have a calico pattern that looks just like Nacchan, and I feel a connection.
