The notice states that the Qindu Branch of the Xi'an Public Security Bureau is investigating a serious criminal case. Upon investigation, Zhang Zhihao, Feng Long, Zhao Junqing, Zhang Pengfei, Jing Weiwei, and others are suspected of being involved in the crime and fled on July 19, 2024.
The notice shows that all 5 suspects are male. Zhang Zhihao, 37 years old, from Dengfeng, Henan; Feng Long, 29 years old, from Linyou, Shaanxi; Zhao Junqing, 36 years old, from Donggang, Liaoning; Zhang Pengfei, 29 years old, from Xunyi, Shaanxi; Jing Weiwei, 33 years old, from Baishui, Shaanxi.
The Qin Capital Public Security Bureau stated that it hopes the general public will actively assist in capturing the above-mentioned criminal suspects. If you find any clues, please report them to the public security organs immediately. The public security organs will keep the identity information of the informant strictly confidential.
In addition, any informant who provides valid clues to the public security organs, as well as any personnel who assist the public security organs in capturing any of the above-mentioned criminal suspects, will receive a reward of 10,000 to 30,000 yuan.
Public security organs urge fugitives to surrender as soon as possible and seek leniency. Those who harbor or conceal fugitives will be held legally accountable.
